Mercury sits dreaming. Next to him stands the personification of Peace, she burns weapons. Behind Mercury a soldier tries to attack Peace, but is held back by a unicorn. Behind the soldier a lion. In the background ships at sea and the city of Segovia. On the ground lie treaties of Hanover and Vienna. In the sky two falling angels.
