About this work

Overview of the various allegorical representations placed on the fireworks stands in the Hofvijver, on the occasion of the entry of stadtholder-king Willem III into The Hague, 5 February 1691. In the middle above the arrival of the rowing boat with the king at Oranjepolder on 31 January 1691. Around him eight personifications are depicted.
