About this work

Noah and his family kneel on the ground and look up at the tetragram, the symbol for God (a glowing circle with the Hebrew letters for Yahweh), above them in a cloud. In the background left, the ark, from which the animals are disembarking via a gangplank. At the bottom, a reference to the Bible text in Gen. 7:10 in Latin. This print is part of an album.
