About this work

Decoration in the Beurssteeg, viewed from the Rokin, 1795. Erected by a Meeting of Deputies of the Batavian Clubs, Civic Districts and Patriotic Societies in Amsterdam at the Alliance Festival on 19 June 1795. On the two chassinetts allegories of liberty by France's arms and of the Rights of Man, each with a four-line verse.
