About this work

Three crabs at the water. The movement of the water is indicated with silver lines. With two poems, one by the actor Ichikawa Danjûrô VII (Shichidaime Sanshô): We went to the salty water to see the first sunrise, but mist came up with the step of a crab - it is uncertain whether this also means it happened sideways.
