About this work

At the temple gate a beggar asks Peter and John for alms. Peter has no money, but heals him in the name of Christ and helps the man to his feet. In the background in the temple the man dances and jumps after his healing. In the gate on the left John and Peter explain the healing to some people. Below the image a reference in Latin to the biblical text in Acts 3. This print is part of an album.
