About this work

In the foreground a Jewish family around a table with the Passover sacrifice: a slaughtered lamb. The doors of Jewish houses are marked with lamb's blood. On the right the tenth plague of Egypt: an angel of death kills all the firstborn of Egypt, but passes over the houses with blood on the doorposts. Below the scene a reference in Latin to the Biblical text in Exodus 12. This print is part of an album.
