About this work

Samson sets fire to the cornfields of the Philistines by tying foxes in pairs, tails together, and hanging a burning torch between them. Samson drives the foxes into the cornfield. Below the image a reference in Latin to the Biblical text in Judges 15. This print is part of an album.
