About this work
To prove that it is not the image of the god Bel who consumes the food, but the priests, Daniel scatters ash on the floor of the temple. King Cyrus has the door of the temple sealed so that no one can enter unnoticed and eat the food. In the foreground two jesters. Below the image an explanatory text in Latin. Print is part of an album.
