About this work
A crane with young, under a pine tree on the beach. In the foreground two long-haired turtles and a flying crane before the sun. Cranes and long-haired turtles are Japanese luck and New Year symbols. A long-haired turtle, for example, stands for a long life, as it would only get its seaweed tail after reaching the age of 10,000 years. One poem.
