About this work

The Virgin Mary stands on the moon with the Christ child in her arm. Under the moon a dragon. Mary wears a crown with stars and holds a scepter in her hand. Above her the Holy Spirit as a dove with the sun to the left and the moon to the right. In the center at the top God the Father with the crucified Christ. Around Mary angels, apostles, martyrs and saints. At the bottom of the print to the right the spiritual power with the pope, the cardinals and the bishops. To the left the secular power with the emperor, the kings and sovereigns. In the middle at the bottom the hellfire. The print has a Latin inscription.
