Elegantly dressed man and woman, walking hand in hand in a landscape, to the left. The lady is dressed in a gown with a flat wide lace collar; bracelets on both wrists, a purse at the waist. The gentleman wears stockings with very wide lace garters. Shoes with bows. Hat in the right hand. With inscription: Le nouvelle figure a la mode de ce temps..
