Don Luis de Requesens y Zúñiga, Governor-General of the Netherlands. Bust to the left, in a round frame, with Latin inscription on the border. Order of the Golden Fleece around the neck. Mantle trimmed with fur. Hat with a narrow brim on the head. Printed on the reverse with two pages (pp. 470 and 469) of text in book type in Latin.
