Front of the album Negai no itoguchi (also translated as: The Prelude to Desire). On the cream-colored paper in the center of the light blue cover, parts of the characters of the title are still visible. On the verso, on a white label in the upper right corner, the signature: Kitagawa Utamaro hitsu (Brush of Kitagawa Utamaro).
