About this work
The harlot Rahab lived on the edge of the city of Jericho. She hid two spies of Joshua in her house. In the foreground she stands with the rope in her hands by which she let the spies escape. On the left in the background this escape can be seen. Below the image is a two-line text in Latin, numbered above the left margin: 6. The print is part of a series of prints on the Epistle to the Hebrews chapter 11.
