Talos bleeds through a trick of the Argonauts

The giant Talos had only one vein, running from his neck to his ankle, which was sealed by a bronze nail. When the Argonauts sailed past Crete, Talos tried to keep them at a distance by throwing boulders. Medea and the Argonauts convinced him that he would become immortal if he removed the nail.
