Fashions for January 1850 from London and Paris. Evening gown with pointed bodice and wide skirt, decorated with three pleated strips of fabric. Gown with long sleeves and pleated under-sleeves. Cloaks trimmed with fur or ermine. Accessories: hats, cap, flower corsage, gloves, handkerchief, fan. Print from the fashion magazine The World of Fashion (1824-1891).
