About this work

Five children in an interior; the youngest girl wears a gown, the three older girls are dressed in knee-length gowns with trains and short cloaks, the boy wears a jacket with puffed breeches. The ribbons and trimmings are from Ville de Lyon. Print from the fashion magazine Le Monde et la Mode en Miniature (1873-1874).
