About this work

Blue walking costume with dark blue flat collar. Underskirt decorated with dark blue floral pattern. Dark blue hat with upturned brim and decorated on top with light blue feathers; gloves. According to the inscription, it is a city gown and the fabrics are by Maison Labbey and the trim by Maison Toche. Print from the fashion magazine Le Coquet (1867-1910).
