No. 2 from a series of three prints showing the various stages of dressing in 1810. The lady sits, in a white undergarment, with a book in her hand, before her dressing table mirror. Her maid stands behind her holding a wig. On the table to the left, various carafes with beauty products. Clothes and a music book on the floor. On the chair, a sunbonnet. On the wall, an open bookcase; key in the door. The print notes that the drawing is by an amateur.
