Fifth print from a series of twelve on the Passion of Christ. In the foreground, a blindfolded Christ being mistreated by four soldiers. The soldier on the left leans on a shield. The soldier raises his hand to strike Christ. A kneeling soldier on the right holds Christ's head while a fourth soldier raises his hand for a blow. In the background, on a raised platform, Christ before Caiaphas.
