About this work

Christ stands in the midst of a group of people at the grave of Lazarus. He orders them to remove the stone before the opening of the cave. The bystanders untie the cloths in which the body of Lazarus is wrapped. Letters are placed at various elements of the representation. At A the scene preceding the Raising of Lazarus: the weeping Martha before Christ. The print is part of an album.
