About this work

When the apostle Paul wants to enter the temple in Jerusalem, he is dragged to the ground and beaten by the Jews. Roman soldiers remove the rioters and arrest Paul. In the background, Paul addresses the Jewish crowd, shortly after his arrest. The print is part of an album.
