About this work

On his journey to Galilee, Christ rests at the Well of Jacob in Sychar. A Samaritan woman comes to draw water from the well, and Christ asks her for a drink. The apostles wonder why Christ speaks with the woman. Letters are placed at various elements of the composition. The print is part of an album.
