About this work

Statue of Diana, goddess of the hunt, dressed in a classical gown to the knee. In one hand she holds a bow, in the other the fragment of an arrow. On her back she wears a quiver, next to her stands a dog by a tree stump. On the tree stump the coat of arms of Vincenzo Giustiniani. The print is part of an album with a series of prints after the sculptures in the collection of the Galleria Giustiniani in Rome.
