About this work
Devotional print with Mary as Queen of Heaven, half-length. Large parts of the print have been cut out and replaced with blue and white textile. The halo around the Madonna's head is pasted with gold paper. A so-called appliqué print. Printed on, or backed with paper from a Latin hymnal with musical notes and text, printed in red and black.
