About this work

The personification of Patience sits on the ground between two trees, a dragon at her feet. She holds her arms crossed before her chest and carries a cross under her arm. Snakes grow from the trees, symbols of the temptation that Patience tries to resist. Next to her a lamb. This print is part of an album.
