About this work
The Transfiguration after the painting by Raphael, consisting of the floating Christ at the top in the middle with Moses and Elijah beside him; Peter, James and John, seated on the rock, look on, as do the kneeling Justus and Pastor under a tree. On the lower part are the apostles who are trying to heal a possessed boy on the left side.
