Composition with soldiers

A decorative composition with interlaced work, with in the center a soldier with a spear sitting on a drum. Throughout the composition garlands, festoons and masks are visible. Below the central figure two soldiers on horseback are depicted with their swords drawn. At the bottom two bird-like beasts riding on boars attack two satyrs with spears. Print forms part of an album. Most likely a mirrored copy after a French original.
