About this work
A decorative composition with interlaced work and three trees. Under the middle tree three fools dance on a podium. On the left and right a staircase leads down to a balustrade with a statue of Bacchus and Apollo. Under the balustrades sit musicians. In the middle below various fantasy animals and figures. Print forms part of an album. Most likely a mirrored copy after a French original.
