Saints Anthony, Sebastian, and Rochus are depicted standing before a tree. Sebastian is crowned by a flying angel on the left. Another angel makes a blessing gesture with his right hand toward Rochus's thigh and holds a bunch of herbs (?) with his left hand next to his already healed leg. In the lower right, Rochus's dog is depicted with an open mouth. In the lower left is a small pig—the attribute of Anthony. Parts of the engraving are unfinished and shown only in outlines, such as the angel next to Rochus, his staff, the pig, and the stump of the tree.
