Silver 5 euro coin, struck to celebrate the 400th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Netherlands and Turkey. Obverse: red tulip with green stem, with a small silhouette portrait of a woman (Queen Beatrix) to the right, all within an oval shown in perspective (intended as a coin within a coin), with inscription "Beatrix Koningin der Nederlanden". Reverse: closed tulip with a crescent moon and a star (coat of arms of Turkey) to the left, all within an oval shown in perspective, with inscription "2012 Nederland Turkije 400 jaar".
