About this work
Second Chamber member Maximilien Kolkman attempts to jam a stick into the spokes of the bicycle on which ministers De Meester and Kraus are performing a trick. According to Lohman, this is unnecessary as they will crash anyway. Frans Lieftinck and Pieter Lodewijk Tak try to restrain Kolkman.
