Man with a beard, large headscarf and long robe, seated diagonally in an armchair with left foot on a raised platform. Numbered in the upper right: 10. Part of a series of twelve prints with figures in dramatic poses, mostly dressed in 'Oriental' fantasy costumes, after drawings by Carle van Loo, made during his stay in Rome (1728-1732).
