Drucker and Tydeman as bearers who walk away from their task during the intended funeral of the coalition, leaving Tydeman, Borgesius and Roodhuyzen alone to carry the coffin to the grave. In the background, gravedigger Troelstra watches. Scene on the 'Kerkhof de Vraag' (Huis te Vraag Cemetery?).
