Russian Tsar Alexander III raises a glass to Prince Nicholas I of Montenegro. Prince Nikita is delighted that he can marry off his daughters, whose names he holds on a list behind his back, to European royal houses. Marianne (France) looks on somewhat startled. Militza of Montenegro married Grand Duke Peter Nikolajevich of Russia on 26 July 1889.
