About this work
Plan of Delft in 1672, in bird's-eye perspective. Top left the coat of arms of Holland, top right that of Delft. Bottom left a cartouche with a blank scale bar, bottom right the title cartouche. With a dotted line a design for a new defensive work around the city is indicated. This design was made during the Disaster Year 1672, but never executed.
