About this work
Two views of Kortgene. Below 'Out Cortgene', or the Kortgene before the floods of 1530 and 1532, when all of North Beveland was flooded. In the upper left of this depiction the coat of arms of Kortgene. Above 'Nieuw Cortgene', i.e. the rebuilt Kortgene after the renewed poldering of North Beveland in 1684. In the lower right of this depiction the coat of arms of Kortgene and another coat of arms. Cut off within the plate border so numbering in the upper right is not visible [Pag. 618].
