About this work

The English ambassadors are picked up from their ships off the coast of Flushing by yachts and skiffs, 1667. They were subsequently to be taken to Breda for the negotiations that would lead to the Peace of Breda concluded on 31 July 1667. Marked in the center at the top: D.
