About this work

Boat parade on the IJ. A large number of various vessels on the water, in the foreground a yacht with the queen and guests. Top left the city's coat of arms, top right the city seal. Inside the plate border cut off, so only the top part of the numbering bottom right is visible [15]. Plate 15 of the illustrations accompanying the description of the festivities surrounding the visit of Maria de Medici to Amsterdam from 31 August to 5 September 1638.
