Frieze above the entrance to the Schepenzaal on the west side of the Burgerzaal in the Town Hall on the Dam in Amsterdam, in two parts. On the left part, a piece of the all-seeing eye, a scale, and a common cornucopia, as symbols for the reward of good. On the right part, a piece of the all-seeing eye, a scale, and a cornucopia containing instruments of punishment, as symbols for the punishment of evil. Signed in the center: L.
