Ship under construction on the VOC shipyard at Oostenburg that caught fire but was saved by firefighting with a hose pump, 14 May 1690. Blank scroll in the upper right. Later state (with the letter) is the plate in (some copies of) the 1735 reprint of Jan van der Heyden's Brandspuitenboek.
