Map in bird's-eye perspective. In the upper left, the coat of arms of Holland, in the center the title cartouche, and in the upper right, the coat of arms of Haarlem. In the lower left, a legend 1-68. Below the center to the right, two scale bars: 1000 Kennemer feet; 60 Rhenish rods. Above them, a putto and a surveyor with measuring equipment.
