About this work

An angel shows a kneeling man two possibilities. By living in virtue, he can serve God. The Holy Trinity is depicted enthroned in heaven with a choir of angels. His other option is to live in sin and thereby serve the devil. The devil as Lucifer enthrones before purgatory.
