About this work

In front of a wooden cottage sits Enoch and his family around a round table on which bowls stand. They say a prayer. In the background a second farm with cattle and two beggars who receive an alms. Round representation, at the bottom in rectangular frame a Bible text (Eccl.44) in mirror image.
