About this work
In various scenes the administration of justice on the Gold Coast is shown. On the left the king, or captain, sits as the highest judge. Below B and C it is shown how sentences are carried out. E and D relate to the relationships between man and woman. Below G a group of women is mourning the dead. At F two groups are fighting each other with spears.
