In the foreground right, a middle-aged farmer stands with a scythe in hand. In the background, farmers mow hay and shear sheep and sort their wool. Center top in the clouds, the astrological sign of Cancer. The print has a Latin inscription and is part of a twelve-part series on the months of the year.
