About this work
Two ways of catching birds. In the foreground two crows are tied to the ground. Their cawing attracts other crows, which are then caught. In the air a starling flies on a rope. Other starlings fly towards him and get stuck on the rope, which is smeared with birdlime. The print has a Latin inscription and is part of a series on hunting scenes.
