About this work
Pilatus shows Christ to the people who have gathered in the marketplace in front of a large building. A soldier pulls Christ's cloak aside. Christ now stands half-naked before the people with the crown of thorns on his head. Print from a series of 13 prints and a title print made by Z. Dolendo and J. de Gheyn II.
