About this work

Christ on the cross, with the other prisoners beside him. Under the cross stand John, Mary and Mary Magdalene. In the foreground the soldiers sit on the ground and cast lots for Christ's clothes. Print from a series of 13 prints and a title print made by Z. Dolendo and J. de Gheyn II.
